1. Promoter The promoter of this promotion is Crypto Kulture (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period The promotion begins on 1 November 2025 and ends automatically once the 3,000th item is sold (“Promotion Period”).
Any item purchased after the 3,000th will not enter this draw, but will automatically be entered into the next promotional draw, which will be announced separately with its own Terms & Conditions.
3. Eligibility This promotion is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over, except where prohibited by law. • By entering, participants confirm that their participation does not violate any local laws in their country of residence. • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entries that do not comply.
4. How to Enter • To enter, participants must purchase one (1) Crypto Kulture item during the Promotion Period. • One store item = One entry. • A valid purchase is required to receive an entry. • Entries are automatically recorded by their purchase. • If a customer buys multiple hoodies, each hoodie purchased equals one separate entry.
5. Total Entries • The promotion is capped at 3,000 sales. • Once the 3,000th sale is completed, the promotion closes immediately and no further entries will be accepted.
6. Prize Major Prizes 1st $100,000 2nd $50,000 3rd $25,000 4th $10,000 in USDC digital tokens or equivalent.
A total of $185,000 in USDC digital or equivalent tokens, transferred to the winner’s nominated digital wallets.
Winners are responsible for: providing a compatible crypto wallet network/gas fees any tax obligations in their country ensuring USDC is legal in their jurisdiction
7. Winner Selection The competition will be based on skill, knowledge, creativity, or any combination thereof.
The challenge will take the form of an online activity. The competition will remain confidential until the 3,000th hoodie is sold, at which point participants will be notified by email and may compete in the online activity to determine the ranking of the top four winners.
The winners will be selected based on their performance in the online activity and will be contacted and publicly announced within 30 days of the promotion closing.
8. Winner Notification • The winner will be contacted via the email address used at checkout. • The winner must respond within 14 days. • If the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted, the Promoter may conduct awards the prize to the next eligible winner.
9. International Participants • International entrants are responsible for ensuring the receipt of the prize complies with laws in their jurisdiction. • Any taxes, duties, or financial implications related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Verification • The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, and purchase before awarding the prize. • Any fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid entries may be disqualified.
11. General Conditions • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost orders, or failures that prevent participation. • The Promoter may amend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control occur, provided such actions do not disadvantage participants who have already entered.
